Numbers, drawings, and
decisions — handled with precision.

Reesehackman is a digital engineering, accounting, research, and management practice. We take on the technical and financial groundwork — calculations, statements, briefs, and reports — so your team can move to the next decision faster, without lowering the standard.

Sheet 02 — Services

Six disciplines, one practice.

Each engagement is scoped, calculated, and reviewed the way a project sheet is — with a clear method, a named reviewer, and a deliverable you can act on immediately.

Engineering Calculations & Review

Load paths, structural checks, and design verification, documented in a format your stamped engineer or building department can review directly.

Technical Documentation & Drafting

Clean drawing sets, spec sheets, and submittal packages — drafted to the tolerances your contractor or client actually needs, nothing decorative.

Process & Systems Optimization

We map how work actually moves through your team, then remove the steps that cost time without adding value — in operations, billing, or delivery.

Research & Technical Writing

Literature reviews, feasibility briefs, and grant-ready narrative — researched from primary sources and written so a non-specialist reader follows it too.

Sheet 05 — About

Reesehackman started as a two-desk practice above a hardware store on College Avenue, splitting time between structural calcs for local contractors and bookkeeping for the businesses around them.

That mix — technical and financial work under one roof — turned out to be the point, not a side effect. Most projects that stall don't stall on the engineering or the numbers alone; they stall where the two meet, and nobody owns the handoff.

We built the practice to own that handoff. Every engagement gets a named lead, a fixed scope before work starts, and a deliverable format built for the person who has to act on it next — a building official, a controller, a grant reviewer, a client.

Today the work reaches well beyond State College, but the standard hasn't changed: check the work the way you'd want it checked if your name were on it.

What clients say after the handoff.

★★★★★

They caught a load path issue our contractor's drawings missed, wrote it up clearly enough for the borough inspector to approve in one pass, and never made us feel behind for asking.

Our books had been drifting for two years. The statement review gave us a clean, defensible starting point and a plan to keep it that way — no jargon, no lecture.

The research brief they wrote for our grant application was the strongest technical narrative we've submitted in five cycles — and it came back inside the week we asked for.

We hired them to look at how work moved through our permitting desk. Three changes later, average turnaround dropped by almost a third. Straightforward people to work with.
